T & T TRANSPORTS DRIVER INFORMATION PAGE

WHAT OUR DRIVERS DO:

We supply drivers to different major oilfield service companies throughout the United States. Normally our drivers are out for 3 weeks and home for 1 week. Our drivers generally work frac, acid, cement, or coiled tubing jobs, and do whatever our customer requires. Physical labor is a large part of this position and driving is a minimal part of the job. Motel is provided and we pay mileage for travel in personal vehicle to the work location and per diem for meals. We also pay travel time to and from the district. Our drivers are paid an hourly wage, with time-and-a-half over 40 hours a week. Our drivers normally get lots of overtime, usually more overtime than regular hours. We offer health and life insurance after 3 months full-time employment and a paid vacation after 1 year.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

•	At least 1 year of verifiable truckdriving experience
•	Class A CDL
•	Resident of TX, NM, OK, AR, or LA
•	At least 21 years of age
•	Pass a Drug Screen and Alcohol test at any time
•	Pass a Road Test given at our office and the district we send you to
•	Have a tanker endorsement
•	Most jobs require a hazardous materials endorsement; Sometimes we have jobs available without a hazardous endorsement or with proof that the hazardous endorsement has been applied for
•	A good vehicle to come to the Interview and orientation in Colorado City, TX
•	A good vehicle to travel to whatever district we might send you to (unless it is far enough to fly)
•	No more than 2 tickets in the past three years
•	No more than 1 accident in the past three years (depends on severity also)
•	No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
•	No felonies in the past 10 years
•	Mountain and winter driving experience is helpful
•	Most jobs require oilfield or tanker experience; sometimes we have jobs available with just truckdriving experience

HIRING BONUS INFORMATION

T & T Transports offers a hiring bonus of $2000* for new hires paid using the following schedule:
   $250 after 1 Month
   $250 after 2 Months
   $500 after 4 Months
   $500 after 6 Months
   $500 after 12 months

STARTING PAY IS NOW $15 PER HOUR FOR APPLICANTS WITH OILFIELD EXPERIENCE.
